About the application:
First off, I just want to thank Adam Sheik for all his hard work in creating his Cantonese website.

Without his hard work, I would have never had the material to make this application. Therefore, I wanted to share this application with him in an effort to help him continue running his website. With that goal in mind, you need to become a Premium Subscriber to his site in order to download (and legitimately use) this application. Now, as for the application itself:
I created the Study Chinese - PDA application so that I could review the content from Adam's website on my IPAQ without having to install a Chinese viewer application, and in a format more fitting for a PDA. I think of it like a set of digital flash cards.
It was written using the .NET Compact (read: Limited) Framework, and designed for Windows Mobile 2003 SE (what my IPAQ runs). It should run on other versions of Windows Mobile though. It seemed to be ok in the 2002 emulator. I never tried Windows Mobile 5 though, so I can't say anything about that.
The only things you will need to run the application (other than the application itself) is the MS Song font set, and the .NET Compact Framework (which I think is part of 2003 SE already).
Update: Windows Version Now Available!
At the request of a forum poster, I have created a windows version of the PDA application. It is a port of the PDA version (don't ports usually go the other way? ;) ) but alas, it should look and feel just like the PDA version with a bit of rearranging due to more screen real estate. However, all of the screen shots on the web page should still mostly apply to the windows version.
As for requirements, you'll need the .NET Framework 1.1 and the MS Song font for Windows.
The windows version has the same license as the PDA version, you must be a premium member of Adam's site to download it. For a link to the download page on Adam's site, please visit the download link on the left. You can also grab a demo version from the download page to try it out first.
